I was admitted in 12/11/25. I was in the 3rd floor under Dr Choudry and his residents Dr. Reddy and Dr. Singla. I've been in and out of hospitals for the past 20 years. I've never felt so much at ease than I did with them. Their bedside care are impecable. For the first time in 20 years I felt seen and heard. My PCP is also part of Northwest Health and I can't say enough good things about him. But these three doctors were on top of everything. Always communicating. Making me feel better. I suffer from terrible CPTSD and they went above and beyond to make sure I was doing well and better. In the past I never liked this hospital due to previous experiences but now, thanks to Drs. Choudry, Reddy and Singla I will go back again and again. If I find their practice or specialty I will go to them without any hesitation. Hospital impecable clean. Nurses empathetic and techs always asking if there's anything l needed. Best experience of my life.

I was at the outpatient surgery center. All the nurses were very friendly and kind. They all knew what to do and got things done efficiently. I was well informed and everything went very smoothly. I had eye cataract surgery. One done and one to go. Thank you to all the staff for making the visit go smoothly.

If you're having outpatient surgery here , prepare yourself for the registration desks to display lackluster behavior/service. Came in through door "B" and was not greeted AT ALL by "Cherie/Cheri" at 1st Fl registration; instead she frowned and said "What can I help you with?" as if someone she didn't know was approaching her home. She was very cold, uninviting, uninterested in helping, and short. She didn't think I knew this at the time, but instead of her checking me in downstairs , she told me to go upstairs to check in as if she was unable to check me in herself. It took everything in me not to request her supervisor, but I neglected to do so because I, quite literally, had bigger fish to fry that day. Upon me getting to the second floor registration, I was greeted by "Kaylee," who was not much better in attitude and acted as if me being 30 minutes EARLY was an issue for her. I watched her take several deep breaths and grow frustrated as each person approached the desk. When I got to her, she mentioned that she was "just about to leave," although she was still an entire 10 minutes ahead of her shift ending. I know this because I had already been told prior to arriving that day that the person on 2nd floor would be leaving by 1:30pm. No patient should EVER have to hear that you are about to leave; that's not the patient's concern. The patient's concern is about their health and the reason for the appointment. After checking me in (begrudgingly, might I add), my mom and I took our seats in the waiting area and I watched her slap a large sign on the desk directing patients and staff to 1st floor and proceed to nearly RUN out of the building. Perhaps administration should reconsider the people they have working the registration department. Not okay. On a more positive note, the reason for the 3 stars is the experience I had with clinical staff once I was called back. Nurses Becca and Shelby were very kind to my mom and I, and attentive to our questions/requests. I felt very comfortable once I got back to my room. The nurses, anesthesiologist, leading physician Dr. Kota, and other members of clinical staff exhibited the kind of care and compassion I would expect to receive in a medical facility of this magnitude. I remember the anesthesiologist ("Walt" may have been her last name - I apologize if that's wrong- was a tall dark haired woman ) telling my mom "we're going to take great care of her." It was moments like that which seemed small, but were huge, and for that, I'm very appreciative. I'm also very grateful for RNs Shelby and Becca who cared for me for pre and post op and were both very kind and compassionate. :)

Nurses and everyone involved was professional and extremely pleasant. My prep nurse was the best I've ever had, and I have been through quite a few. I told her that others have always had trouble starting my IV. She told me not to worry. I did not feel it and she did it with no problems. This nurse deserves a raise! She was great. Thank you. V

Caring for my Dad. He fell at Ignite (0 Stars for Ignite) after waiting in his wheelchair to use the bathroom. He hurt his head and 3 ribs. He was sent to Northwest Porter from there. He was there for less than 24 hours. His other symptoms were a UTI which turned into Sepsis. During this time he got fluid in his lungs and we have been waiting for his numbers to come down for the Doctors to remove the fluid. Then he should be here another 3 days while he's put back on blood thinners. My favorite nurse is Tika she has gone above and beyond to care for my Dad. I can't thank her enough for her mines and her huge heart! She is wonderful at her job. The Doctor's meet every day and go over his case. I think that's very wise! So far they have treated him well and have gone above to find foods that he will eat! The hospital is clean and they keep me informed. Great job!
