They even ship my medication right to my door which is an added benefit that I'm not used to. They lied to me for months by saying my items were covered by insurance. I asked every time I got replacement parts and mentioned I had not received a letter or documentation or anything and was told I was fine. Yesterday I got a giant bill in the mail. I called and no call back. Why would you keep sending more items if the previous ones were not paid for?! Why wouldn't you make a phone call or some kind of notification sooner? You wait 9 months then send a bill?!?

I absolutely adore the people that work here. Every single time I have went in, they have been helpful, courteous, and they always do a great job of explain everything. When I go out of town especially, because I need a smaller oxygen concentrator to take with me. It's always ready. Only 1 time I had a problem, the nozzle, (upside green tree that connects to a bipap was missing). Fortunately my daughter could bring it to me. So I will be sure to check and make sure it's on there the next time. I won't be just a couple hours away, more like 15.
