Been 2x the ER in last 48 hours with hubby. First time sent him home with blood sugars of 400 and said u have bronchitis. This time the doc said well he has viral infection in brain and then said well u can do for him at home just as much as we can here and sent us home with no meds blood sugars still high and vomiting and can't breath bad bedside manner from dr. Sanders the male ER doc what a quack.

Worst hospital I've ever been to. Rude and manipulative staff. They treat patients horrible. Even there testing was inaccurate. If you value your health and want to be treated with some dignity do NOT go to this hospital

I have only been to the ER once and will never go to the ER there again. The staff in lab, x-ray etc have been great. Having difficulty getting a refund from January 2025 when a copay was paid that shouldn't of been and now they are refusing to refund this even tho both myself and Anthem has contacted them twice. Just getting told it's being reviewed. Ridiculous.

When I call Argos to leave a message, it is rarely that I can get through. If a representative does not answer, a pleasant voice comes on and states that a representative is helping others and will be with me shortly. Then the phone rings several times. Then the pleasant voice comes back and basically says representative is still busy and call back later. Then my process starts all over again. My issue why am I told that a representative will be with me shortly then after several rings I am told to call back? Can queues be set up to let you know how long approximately a wait and I can choose to call back and/or leave a message for representative to return call? This drops the ball on patient care.

$181 for the doctor to come in and listen to my heart or lungs whichever he's doing. In there a whole maybe 4 Minutes. Every three months so that I can refill my prescriptions.
