Had Blood work for routine year end physical 7 yrs ago. Insurance was billed twice for blood work but would only cover one fully. I asked why I owed $205.00. Informed cause bloodwork done twice. My insurance provider said they would dispute this for me, but it would be better to just pay. So I paid informing Baptist Health last dime they would get from me. God is good, got a much better family doctor. Recently was in Clark Norton for cellulitis, well taken care of. A friend is now in Floyd and was informed it is a circus act. I want to thank you for cheating me out of $205.00 and making me avoid Floyd Memorial. Best medical decision I ever made. Thank you very much, best $205.00 I ever spent.

Well hospital itself was ok. Had a battery replacement scheduled for pacemaker. Wanted bloodwork before sent me one place then had to go to another. No organization it seems. After battery replaced ordered food and it was funny "entree says served with" but it is not it is extra according to the lady on the phone. Also the little extras like drizzle on the dessert was not on it is "extra" even though it says "finished with" go figure. When called back lady on phone said entree is not served with those and menu is worded wrong.

Hopefully someone from Baptist Floyd see this because there is NO Way to submit a complaint on their website, which is ridiculous. This has zero to do with patient care, but visitor care. I've been visiting a family member each day for nearly a week. While I see people cleaning this place constantly, it's very hard to find paper towels in any public bathroom in this place. For a place that focuses on ani-germs, one would think the public bathrooms are serviced on the reg. Bathroom by the cafe has been out of paper towels and TP all day. Respect floor 3 public bathroom hasn't had paper towels in 2 days... maybe longer. You would also think an institution this big would have a method to submit a comment or complaint on the web, but that's not possible either.

I did my annual mammogram here this year, as well as last year, I believe. The ladies in the women's imaging department are so kind, caring, and comforting. They made me feel my best, even when I wasn't feeling good at all. My dad even stayed here for his heart surgery/procedure, and they treated him well and gave him great food to eat.
