AMANDA has bad customer service! Every time I call she has an attitude, she is never polite and never tries to help patients out. When she say she will call back she never do. She just very bad at her job. Mr Patel need better representatives.
Violated ethics with me. Inappropriate remarks and displayed a racially bias mentality through discrediting me as a patient. There was no other explanation for what he said to me except his own internal bias and assumptions, which had no basis in reality. He ended up admitting that he was wrong, though not fully stating HOW or WHY he made such a statement or held his previous view, and he apologized. It was egregious, ridiculous and EXTREMELY unprofessional, made in a crass, taunting manner. If you are black, PLEASE stay far, far away. Your care is in jeopardy. Do not trust your body with him.
Amazing dr, I started the weigh loss program with him and I have lost around 25lb in about two months. He listens to your needs and is extremely helpful. I started going there and will definitely have my husband start if he ever needs anything. Thank you dr!!!
Wish I would have came here sooner. I made the mistake of seeing Dr. Khoury who wouldn't give me a 90 day supply of my BP meds. Dr. Patel is a good listener. Addressed all my needs. Dr Khoury should take note.
