YA NOOOO!! I am so very very upset. I waited for the doctor for an hour and 45 minutes like are you serious!! When I have an appointment at a certain time I expect to see the doctor within 10 to 15 minutes the latest. If we had to be there on time and we can't be 5 minutes late to our appointment then they should have the same rules as well. Point blank!! Maybe if the schedule to this please gave them more time to sit with people just in case something was to go awry or they needed to talk to a certain patient a little bit longer or help them with discern something then it wouldn't n't go into other people's appointments. You got to think about these things when you're a doctor's office

Went in for a cardiology appointment i felt very rushed. Dr lu kept trying to run out the door after being in there for only a couple minutes and kept talking over me when i had questions that makes me think he's definitely not listening. Sadly i don't think he read any of charts of mine because he was unaware of some very common things. Each time i have met in person i was recommended some sort of procedure without him letting me explain whats going on. Hopefully he takes more time to listen to future patients thank you-

He is truly one of the most high-tech cardiologists. I am very happy with him. Would highly recommend him to anyone. His staff is excellent as well!

Dr Lu is very thorough, compassionate, knowledgable and funny too! I am very happy with his care of me.
