Dr. Dali was so patient and caring while helping me understand what was wrong and how to properly handle any future episodes. He took his time to make sure I had all my questions answered, which I greatly appreciated. His staff has also been super friendly and patient, especially Brittney while getting me scheduled to see him initially... she helped calm me and never rushed me when I called with questions.
Dr. Dali has a new office and it is lovely. His staff is extremely friendly and extremely professional. As far as Dr. Dali is concerned, he is outstanding. Talking to him will relax anyone who is nervous about their health. He is as professional as any doctor could possibly be. At the same time he is so courteous and concerned about the well being of his patients that one might think they were listening to a member of their family. Concerning his ability as a cardiologist, there are many doctors who could benefit by listening to him and watching his wizard like work in the Cath Lab. He is tops!!! Make an appointment and experience the best!!! .
Dr Dali is the best ,he takes the time to listen to you and he is so sweet. I just love this Dr. And staff Does anyone know where Dr Dali practice is now? I would really like to know.
I believe that Dr. Dali is the most professional, caring and honest cardiologist that I have ever met. He has always had time and patience to answer my questions and concerns and just to be there to listen. This is how a professional should treat his patients. That being said, his front office leaves a lot to be desired as that is why I rated the office 3 stars ! Too loud, to many personal conversations, HIPPA violations by the score and somewhere along the way someone is not telling the truth. I asked Dr. Dali a question about a request to his office made multiple times asking him to return a call. Office staff said Dr Dali said I had to make an appointment, however doctor said he NEVER got any of my messages. Someone drop the ball ? I believe so. I believe my Dr. Dali's answer that he never received my messages. He apologized for his staff even though he has no reason to. Thank you Dr. Dali and your back office staff. Front office, become quieter and more professional. It will make a world of difference to you physicians and your clientele.
Dr. Dali is an incredible most caring compassionate doctor. I see him every six months and always look forward to my appointment . He is extremely thorough and is genuinely concerned for your situation. I would follow Dr. Dali no matter what facility he is practicing.
