My son has been seeing Sunthorn since he was born, he is now almost 8. He's had 2 successful open heart surgeries now. We have always had a great experience with Sunthorn and his staff. They're very thorough and Dr Sunthorn gives very clear and detailed explanations on how everything is looking. Will continue bringing my son here as long as we can!

My daughter has seen this cardiologist with same insurance for five years. At my first visit the doctor was preparing us for heart surgery, he said she would need it within the next 6 months. I had to ask him to reevaluate the file because prior doctors had told me she would need surgery at 2 to 3 years old. He had only looked at the other doctor's notes on the file who had made a mistake and suggested surgery for the wrong time. Many other people in my situation might have just gone with what he said. Thankfully I questioned him and he was an error. Fast forward after my daughter's surgery there were complications. They were no fault of his. However she had to be in the hospital for about an extra month due to this. I was with her everyday and although he had been at the hospital to do rounds on another floor he never came to see my daughter. Now after a routine follow-up I am being billed for her last appointment. No one said anything about the insurance changing or not being covered any longer. If you have Medicaid do not go here as you will be fighting to get it covered and still lose. Go to Indianapolis instead.

This office is great. They are very patient with younger patients. Overall a great experience.
