I'm in a clinical trial that required an x-ray at your hospital. The clinician called ahead of time for what door I should go into. They told me the main door I finally found parking and walked all the way to the receptionist there who told me I had to go to door b. There is no door b I had to go to door A. I have mobility issues and I am on oxygen. The buildings are connected but they couldn't tell me a way to go from one to the other to avoid the miserable weather. I think when people answer the phone they should give the correct information, or when they're at the reception desk they should send people to the correct place Especially the disabled and elderly .
