Chest Diseases Associates & Sleep Disorders Center

I have been a patient for 10 years. The past 5 years they have completely ghosted me. I have asked them not to put my supplies through insurance because it costs more. They did and I never received a bill. I called to get more supplies and they would not give them to me because they said they turned my bill over to collections. 10 years and I have NEVER not payed them. I don't get a bill and they turn me to collections and refuse to sell me supplies. That was over a year ago and I have never received notifications from a debt collector. Did they really or did they just want to move on. Not to mention, the first 5 years I had yearly checkups. Now miraculously I don't need them.

My husband uses them for sleep apnea. They never recommended for him to see an ENT. Well we finally saw one and found out my husband needs to get his nose fixed. There is a chance he doesn't even have sleep apnea. He has never seen his "doctor" and they only do Tele visits to check in on him. My biggest frustration is he had issues since the beginning with his machine, which was from his nose, and they did not think to have him get checked out. A year later , the machine STILL does not work with my husband. Instead of seeing him in person or recommending him to Ent, they would say my husband needed a new mask for his face. They never addressed why he had breathing issues!!! After the ent addresses his breathing issues we see if we even need them anymore.

Trust me, if need need a sleep study, Cpap or supplies... You don't want to use this place!! They never call you back but always are on time to bill insurance.. Horrible customer support and absolutely no dedication to the customer....

This place is honestly a joke. No one will call you back and you can never get ahold of any of the employees. I've been needing my results for the past week and NO ONE WILL RESPOND TO ANYTHING. Even my primary Dr is actively reaching out to get answers for me. Don't go here, avoid them at all costs.

My husband had a stroke so we've had to temporarily relocate to Illinois. Their staff member kindly located my chart and called in New Rxs to another pharmacy.
