I was suffering a medical emergency and was forced to go to this location. I was in the worst pain of my entire life. The person "taking care" of me spilled my pain medication down my arm administering it to me.
It was absolutely inexcusable behavior from a staff member of a hospital in such a critical situation.
If you were pregnant, you'd be in serious trouble going here. They did not care if you got relief or not.
I was literally screaming and crying in pain and nothing was done for me for several minutes, there wasn't a sense of urgency that I desperately needed.

RN Ashely was honestly rude. Came in with the kids and from the start she had an attitude. We told her kids were sick but one of the kids was sick for almost 2 weeks and sounded horrible, the other was my 5 month old also sick with a wet cough and running nose. She made it seem like it's nothing and that it was pointless and no reason for us to go in. UM 5 MONTH OLD. Was careless with the monitoring process that even when we got discharged we had a wonderful older lady come in and re take vitals for her own sake on BOTH kids which made me feel so much more comfortable! The doctor was also very kind and helpful and helped with any questions! But the "little cold" our kids have turned out to be RSV which is extremely dangerous especially with how young they are so we will be monitoring very closely. So thank you to the doctor and other nurse who gave us discharge papers and retook vitals. Ashely I hope your attitude improves.

I visited tonight Christmas Eve with my son who has been sick with pneumonia for 10 days. The staff were all very kind, and QUICK! We spent 1 minute in the waiting room, after being triaged by the nurse the doctor greeted them at the door and took over. Dr finished and walked out, immediately xray came in. Dr read results and had our medicines sent into pharmacy before even coming back in. Our discharge papers immediately followed. They did everything I requested without hesitation. Dr explained to me how pneumonia works and was able to put my mind at ease. My son is resting comfortably. Highly recommend if you want fast friendly efficient care.

I visited the ER department and Dr Bailey was amazing. The wait was less than 5 minutes to get back to a room. They did all the necessary procedures, lab work, CT all on site. They were very efficient, and a pleasant staff at this facility. The whole team was very knowledgeable and caring.

If I could put 0 stars I would, I was treated with total disrespect. I was told that I should have went to another hospital. Due to my conditions because you're just a basic hospital. they can't treat me for any of my symptoms.I went in there with My whole left side numb.My blood pressure kept dropping and going up Prior. to that I explained to them that I felt two times today of losing me balance They told Me.I looked perfectly fine when I was walking in due to the fact that I couldn't fill my whole Left site..They did not have name tags. They treated me so unkind knowing my conditions of having lupus cancer And having seizures and blood clothing disorder I would not recommend anyone to go here, not even if it's just a minor symptoms. They're very unprofessional. I asked them if I could get the information.Who was treating me today Due to the fact that I was going to another hospital. The same lady that was very rude. That told me that I looked like I walked in perfectly fine.Just came out with a card and said if you want to make a complaint you could just call this number. That wasn't even the reason why I wanted the information but now I am going to completely Make a complaint not just to the case manager but to the board of health Of Indiana. I end up going a hospital in Illinois and they found a Blood clot in my left side Thank God.
I know my body and I know something was not right.
