Seeing this cardiologist has been the worse experience in my entire life. He barely listened to me and my concerns, failed to look at my medical history and lied straight to my face about my diagnosis. He failed to provide me care that I deserved, sending me home in conditions that I shouldn't be in. Due to me being young and how I present myself I was looked past and my issues were failed to be addressed or heard. This has got to be the worst cardiologist I've ever seen. The only thing he was good for was explaining things but whatever he explained to me was completely false and made up. If you're older, he'll probably be a good doctor.

Dr Rothchild was so kind and professional. He actually personally called me to explain the procedure that he would be doing. I felt very confident and blessed to have him as my doctor. I highly recommend him to my friends and family. He's the Best!

I have twice been a patient of Dr. Rothschild. The first time was after a major heart attack. He put in a stent. I saw him regularly for several years and had no further issues. His care and followup were exemplary. 13 years later he had to implant another stent. The first one is still completely clear. He is to the point and matter of fact. His approach is minimally invasive first. He is an excellent physician and cares for his patients. He is perhaps a little blunt, so if you want really nice touchy-feely go elsewhere. If you want your cardiac issues addressed in the most competent manner possible then Dr. Rothschild is who I would recommend.

As a practitioner, I like and have a great deal of confidence in Dr. Rothschild. He helped both of my parents, and he's helped me. I'm not ready to fire him at all. But there's something amiss with how Norton is running this business operation. You can't directly call the office -- you call a central number and they relay your message over to his office. This has proven to be quite unsatisfactory in my recent experience (throughout 2022). Three recent examples: I had Covid in May and needed timely advice on whether it was safe to take Paxlovid along with my other heart meds, I understood there were some serious risks. But it took them more than a week to return my call, which exceeded the five days recommended to start Paxlovid after the onset of Covid symptoms. Their eventual call back was untimely and ultimately unhelpful. Example 2: This summer, after a preventive stress test, I did not receive a timely follow-up call to go over my results. This was troubling because I had no idea how the test turned out. Thankfully, there were no issues -- but it took them more than three weeks to let me know. Example 3: This week, I called to ask them to refill my statin prescription, which occasionally needs to be re-authorized,. I am out of medicine, and now I'm on Day 4 without a call back. I don't blame the doctor for this. This is some Norton administrative issue. Something is wrong when you can't get a simple call back on timely questions. I hope someone sees this message and understands there's a big problem regarding communication with this office. I am beyond frustrated -- I am now angry.
