I was shocked at my appointment with Dr Bradley Clark that he had not been notified of my husband's death. I called early in July and cancelled his appointment and when asked to reschedule I informed them then of his passing. I contacted the office again when his home monitor when off and informed again of his death. I was then told to return the monitor in a box that would be mailed to me. My question is ...where is the communication? Why did the doctor not get informed. Had he been informed I might have gotten answers a lot sooner that surrounded his death. A better job of relying info is what I want to see done.
