Dr. Shelley Morris is such a wonderful doctor and human being. She's compassionate, she really listens to me, and also explains things back in a way I can understand. Life isn't always perfect, but with a great Doctor, it's definitely easier.
After about 55 minutes sitting in exam room and no one coming in, I went to front desk to see when I would be seen. Nurse came in and said it would be a few more minutes. This was upsetting that no one came in to let me know she was running behind or etc. I was concerned that no one was aware that I was still waiting. Dr Pascual did apologize but felt like symptoms I was happening were not fully addressed. Did not have a good feeling when I left. I switched blood pressure meds and felt I was having issues. She merely advised to go back to previous meds. But she originally switched me to. New med because she felt ramipril was not a good med to take. I'm confused by this decision.
After struggling to find a new primary care doctor following one physician's retirement and another's relocation, finding Dr. Morris was exactly what I needed. She is sincere, caring, and patient, and for the first time in a long while, I truly feel seen and heard. I deeply appreciate her compassion and the care she provides, and I am genuinely grateful to have her as my doctor.
