My adult son had a heart procedure at the Parkview Heart Institute. We had Dr. Shirazi. This doctor is knowledgeable, passionate and enthusiastic. 100 Stars! The nursing staff was attentive and professional. I would highly recommend.

Be ready to receive a kindergarten level response from every doctor when you question their recommendations at all. Something along the lines of "cause it's the right thing to do." And then if you don't do exactly as your told they'll just pretend you don't exist. Great nurses, horrid doctors. Prime example of the abundance of failures of our healthcare system and how our doctors are educated.

If I could give you 0 stars I would! You let someone pick up my grandma who had dementia take her out of the hospital without even notifying me. I had guardianship and had POA. Not the person that picked her up that morning! I went there and was told she was released by someone else. She's now diseased because of what you did! Gave her to a family member that knew she wasn't in good health and just wanted her out of there so he could take her money and NOT take care of her. That woman that let her go needs to be fired! Especially the one nurse on third shift for making me leave just because my grandma was upset with me because I took her there for her extremely high blood pressure (over 200's). AWFUL!! You have no idea what I had to go through after that. Unfortunately, I did not even get to see her before she passed away because of YOU!!!

I had a double bypass in February and from the start the Team and staff were amazing! I Definitely know that without God and this team i would not be here now. They truly care about your wellbeing.

Unscheduled crazy reaction forced me into ER and stay at Heart Institute this weekend. Absolute wonderful staff and doctors....no one wants to be in a hospital, but I gotta say--spectacular care. They see the person along with the job. (And they didn't even feed me for this 5- Review). THANKS particularly to Susan & Stephanie and the Bears fan that wheeled me to my room from the ER. DOCTORS...were AMAZING
