I arrived for my appointment and got right in! They are the friendliest office from the girls at the front desk all the way through. All of my questions get answered with honesty and full understanding on my part from the first tech through the door to take your blood pressure and oxygen level to the sweet young lady who goes over your medication with you. I'm sure I'm forgetting someone else before Kayla comes in! Kayla is as sweet as they come! You can be at ease with her and ask her anything you have on your mind! I highly recommend this office to anyone who's looking for an advanced heart failure NP!!
Kayla and her team have always gone out of their way to be very thorough and to make sure all aspects of my care are covered. I especially like that the pharmacist and Kayla meet on the same day so if there are any questions they answered at that time. I appreciate that Kayla and the team take really listen to what is going on with a patient since not everything is related to lab tests and medication. They treat you like a human with feelings.
