Dr. Quade is prompt (you don't wait in the exam room very long), he is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions and said get in touch with him if I have other questions. He is pleasant but focused on the issue(s) at hand. I would highly recommend him.

Long Read: 43 y/o F. I was given a holter monitor to wear for 48 hours on (Wed) 6/4/25 prior to my visit to get readings about my heart. They gave no info about how it worked, just placed it and sent me on my way. I was told just that if I did nothing it would get readings, so I called 4 different times and nobody could tell me if it was waterproof so I could shower or what the red blinking X meant, and I was transferred all over the place to people who had no clue, even the monitor placement nurses that I left messages for called me back had no clue. I was told upon returning it (Fri) 6/6/25 that the red X meant it wasn't getting reads but, it was waterproof. A little late to be honest but somehow they said they got readings?? (Update at bottom)Without the results ready I was scheduled to see Dr. Robert R Quade at 901 St Mary's Dr in Evansville on (Mon) 6/9/25. It was at the Center For Advanced Medicine. I presented with shortness of breath, chest pain and cramping, blurred vision, fatigue, anxiety, light headed consistently, nausea, and dizziness upon standing. I was referred by my PCP as both my parents, Aunt, and several others in my immediate family had/have heart conditions, and a few other conditions, and heart attacks killed 2 of them age 40 and age 60. We have major heart issues to say the least. While Dr Quade was nice, prompt, on time, and showed good bedside manner. I left very confused and with no more info than the research I had done on my own prior. I was told and I quote "Well, you seem to have a lot of symptoms so I can't really give any solid answers as to what's causing your symptoms". Fair enough, but then he said; "I want run some test and then see you back in 3 months". 3 months!? I paid my co-pay before that visit. I did a stress test, another co-pay, I also paid a co-pay to get the holter monitor placed, then another co-pay for them to send those results off to be read (if they got any). I also had an ultrasound. I never heard from any Dr about any of my results. I read my own results, did my own research, and listed a few things I thought could be the culprit because he said he had no clue where to even begin, but he still wants me to come back in 3 months to do a follow up visit. I guess thats to get another co-pay. No answers, no calls about results, no heads up about having to pay 4 specialty co-pays just a lost Dr with an expectation to come back so far down the road its alarming. Glad I'm not dying or at least from what I gathered I hope I'm not, but I thought a Dr should've told me that. The lack of communication was awful, the staffs knowledge was horrific, no results other than "normal", or even any thoughts or ideas is terrible. I canceled that 3 mth appointment and will be looking elsewhere for answers. If I could give negative stars, I would. On a good note, the lady scheduling my stress test knew her info and was even training someone while answering the questions I had about that. Also, those that did the test were knowledgeable and polite. However, I highly DO NOT recommend this place. By all means go anywhere else except here. The heart is vitally important and to boot my anxiety about the whole situation has been through the roof which can cause damage in itself. I truly hope I'm the only one, God bless all that go here, I hope your experience is better than mine. Also, by all means if I can get this explained, fixed, and some answers I have no problem taking down/changing this review. UPDATE: The holter placing staff has been educated on how to administer placement and what directions to give patients. Greatly appreciated! ~Scarlet
