This Dr. and her staff is beyond rude. If I could give 0 stars then I would of. I do not recommend this Dr. to anyone at all. Don't waste your time. the Dr. was rude and dropped my 72 year old grandmother as a patient. The worst part is she would not refill her heart medication, not even enough to get by so she can go find another doctor. She just abruptly cut off her medication and that's dangerous
My Mom saw this doctor for years. I am so disgusted to hear this doctor was rude and dropped my 78 year old Mother as a patient without even giving her the courtesy of a phone call. Now I am so worried about my Mom who has been through so much this year. I would NOT recommend this doctor.
Dr. Shih is an EXCELLENT DOCTOR no matter what any of the other reviews say. She is blunt and straight to the point without sugar-coated "what you want to hear" B.S.! ! most people nowadays are used to the sugar-coated, soft experience. Dr Shih will tell you how it really is and nothing else, some people may and apparently do view that as rude, however, I (as well as many other people) know that it is the best way to recieve medical diagnoses and advice. I other words "do this and only this or pay the consequences!" Advice is the best
