I would like to commend Kathleen at the front desk for the way she dealt with a grandfather and granddaughter. The grandfather did not speak English and I heard how Kathleen worked with them, explaining and guiding them with so much kindness and respect in her manner. She took her time ,solving some problems the grandfather had. Witnessing someone so kind to a person with a language barrier made me approached Kathleen and commended her on her actions that morning. May God bless Kathleen richly as she spreads kindness around her.
