Dr Nijmeh has been my cardiologist for over 10 years and he is always knowledgeable, caring and I have confidence in his recommendations for my plan of care. He listens to my concerns and explains everything to my satisfaction. I feel safe in his medical care.
At the beginning of this year I went to him for the first time, he confused my chart with someone else's and gave me those results. He called me later that evening to tell me that he made a mistake and that I needed a stent immediately and to make an appointment for such. He then called me the following morning to tell me he made another mistake and that I don't need a stent and to just follow up... Less than a year later here I'm at the advanced stages of heart failure right now. His results just showed I had a partially blocked right coronary artery.. making my primary think my heart failure symptoms were whatever... making things worse. Nice office though.. with all these reviews showing he's an excellent doctor I'm pretty shocked by the service that I only personally received. He's definitely a nice dr but his carelessness costed me valuable time.
He smiles and asks lots of questions and answers lot of questions. Very informative and professional.This was a yearly visit.
As usual Dr Nijmeh is thorough with the exam and reviewing test results. He asks questions that will open the dialogue to discuss our concerns. We are fortunate to have him as our cardiologist.
I am grateful to have Dr Nijmeh as my doctor! He is very thorough in his evaluations and compassionate with his patients...he doesn't speak above his patients, but rather to them!
