Clarissa was absolutely great, she is very cordial, very caring, supportive with my weight control journey. I will highly recommend Clarissa to people I know.

They have no idea what they are doing or saying and billed me for a bunch of stuff I didn't need and never called be back once, Wasted my time and money, I went in for chronic leg and back pain, and left with nothing several times, had issues with prescriptions being filled and them not calling the pharmacist back. Waited 2 months in intense pain for for referrals that never came. They then proceeded to try and book me for a unwanted appointment today and when I asked questions they hung up the phone on me and I had to call back to find out who they were since I haven't heard from them In almost year. Only called me cause they could bill for me for something if I went in. Maybe they are ok for regular doctor visits but if your in pain and want help right away, don't waste your time. Heavily pushed group therapist and group therapy sessions as well (probably getting a kick back) if you don't pass their impossible to pass questionnaire they force you to take to be a patient.They also forced me to take and pay for a physical while in intense pain and walking with a cane to be a patient and get the referrals that I never got.

After moving from Indiana I need to find new primary care and I couldn't be more pleased with Yorktown! I was able to schedule an appointment for the next week which is perfect for work schedule. Every staff member I interacted was friendly and helpful, both blood draws with 2 different nurses was virtually painless! I was taken back right on time and NP Chandni was on time and dedicated to staying on track and valuing my time. NP Chandni was incredible with me, she asked specific questions and took my history with interest and empathy. She offered easy lifestyle changes to focus on to try addressing some symptoms right away, and seemed very capable of managing my long-term health conditions. I feel very confident having Yorktown as my new primary care office and am grateful to have found them

I recently visited Yorktown Health in Vernon Hills and had an excellent experience. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the care I received was top-notch. They made me feel comfortable and well-cared for throughout my visit. Highly recommend Yorktown Health for anyone seeking quality healthcare services!

I was in critical need of medical assistance and after getting the run around from other doctors, Dr. Shawn George was able to see me the same day. He immediately and wholeheartedly addressed my issues. This resulted in him getting me an immediate referral to a specialist with a treatment plan. We live about 45 mins away but we will be moving our family to his practice. Well worth the drive!
