I switched from their previous NP after she left to Dr Patel. He ignored a serious medical diagnosis of mine and refused to sign my FMLA paperwork cause he said I'm not sick enough. I told him I cannot function at home and he completely dismissed me. He constantly asks me the same questions at every visit and asks me why I'm not doing this or that. I don't like having to explain why or why not at every single visit. He also said I needed to see a psychiatrist for my "uncontrolled depression" when I specifically told him my depression was situational due to my chronic illness. I will switch to the new NP at my next visit and if I still can't get my needs met I'll be looking for a new PCP.

Have seen him for a few years and think he is very good and extremely thorough. Always explains issues and great at answering my questions. His staff is also excellent and I always do my blood labs etc in their office.

This is my sister's doctor's office. The office manager is a very rude lady. She cussed my sister out, for wanting to switch doctors. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Some staff in the office are not professional, often make mistakes. Some are really rude. Bad experience.

Don't recommend. Rude. Doesn't listen. Makes you come in for unnecessary appointments.
