Myself, my husband, my 3 sons, and my mother and father have been coming here for over a decade. I have never had an issue with making an appointment - no matter what time of the day. As a matter of fact, I've had instances where a family member was 'squeezed into' the schedule that was already full because of the severity of the illness. The nurses and receptionists are fantastic and very helpful. As I waited for be seen for my appointment last week, I overheard a conversation that the receptionist was having with a person that lasted 10 minutes. The receptionist was very patiently explaining what she knew about the parameter of the health plan that the person had and just couldn't understand. The receptionist repeated the same information at least 3 different times and not ONCE did she become impatient or exasperated. Nor did she try to blow it off by telling the patient to just call her insurance plan. If I contact the office - whether by phone or email - I always receive a return phone call, usually by the doctor himself. I would never go anywhere else.

I am the type to put things off as long as i can due to previous experiences. I ended up switching insurances and ended up with Dr. will. He is amazing. Iv been complaining of pain in my stomach and other symptoms for about 4 years. I was told, it was muscle spasms from my scoliosis. I walked into his office for the first time and told him of my ALL issues and he instantly was concerned and determined to find the problem. He assumed it was my gallbladder, and low and behold it was. I had no gallstones, but it was functioning at 2% which was causing other major issues and pain. I got it taken it out and found out i had a umbilical hernia. I also got that fixed. I felt brand new after that, other then my scoliosis issues. Him and his staff treated me so well even when i wasnt so nice. They did up and beyond for me. Very professional, sympathetic, and patient. They get all walks of life at this place, and they seem to try and remember every person by name, and take the time to make them feel comfortable. He was upfront, honest, and MADE SURE, I got the appointments i needed, even if him or his staff had to call themselves. I feel safe in his care. I have never been able to say that. I would recommend them 1000%

Worst medical office I've ever been too and I work in the health industry. I showed up a half hour early to fill out paper work thinking it would speed things up but no. I ended up sitting in the waiting room for over an hour and a half waiting for my appointment while at least 7 other people were called in, treated, and were released before I even got my vitals taken. Then to add to insult, the entire staff ate lunch while I was waiting for my appoitment. This is the absolute worst medical office I've ever been too, wouldn't even compare it to McDonald's service. I will never return and I would reccomend everyone to stay clear of this terrible place.

I selected this office based on the reviews and was sadly mistaken. I am a professional business consultant and have excellent PPO insurance. I was very disgusted with my experience. First of all, the receptionists are extremely curt and rude. It took several minutes before either receptionist greeted me when I arrived. Even then, the one I did speak to was not pleasant at all. The doctor was okay, not as thorough as I was expecting considering I had pneumonia. The doctor ordered blood work, not once did a nurse come in afterwards to say, " I will be with you shortly, or it'll be a few minutes..." After waiting for 15 minutes, I got up and went to the front desk, again no one acknowledged me, basically ignored me and kept doing whatever they called themselves doing. Finally, one of them asks do I need to make another appointment. I told her yes, but I was waiting for blood work to be done and no one said anything to me, so I didn't know what was going on. She mentions it to the nurse who says, "Oh is she out of the room? Why is she out of the room?" I stated, because no one said anything to me as to what's next, I was just sitting and waiting. " They had me return to get the blood work done and I left. I have been treated with much better professionalism and hospitality at a "ghetto" medical office in Washington, D.C. Needless to say, I will not be returning and have already identified a different physician to see and made my next follow up appointment. All I can say is, maybe I didn't fit the preferred demographic, but whatever it was, not a problem, my business and referrals will be sent elsewhere.

Will not accommodate patients who have to work during the day. They do not schedule afternoon appointments until all the morning appointments have been taken, even if you absolutely cannot get there in the morning. They will also not allow you to see a different doctor in the practice that may have availability when you need it. Once you have seen one doctor that is who you are stuck with. So if you have a job you should probably look for a different doctor.
