The new Duly phone system with the offshore reps is TERRIBLE. They are difficult to understand and do not listen. I have made MULTIPLE attempts to reach doctor Bulow's office regarding an urgent matter and I have been on hold 3 separate times for more than 30 minutes EACH CALL. I will now have to get in the car and drive 45 minutes each way to discuss in person. I never had these issues before they outsourced their phone reps. Duly is too cheap to pay for American reps, therefore we get subpar help.
