Dr Siddiqui's office made a mistake by scheduling a video call with my wife that wasn't needed. The call lasted 2 minutes with the doctor acknowledging that the call shouldn't have been scheduled by her office. However, the office proceeds to charge us for a full visit, and then goes radio silent when we ask for the charges to be reversed. Unacceptable and unprofessional. We have detailed documentation of everything and will be escalating further.

Had surgery planned and Duly was able to work me into completing my echo and needed stress test just days before my surgery was to take place

Her nurse was great, but waited a long time for a below average doctor's appointment. She didn't seem to care at all about my problems. Kept saying "Oh, the issue is your insurance" like there was some kind of issue she was having with the appointment but kept blaming it on my insurance. Didn't ask me questions. Gave me a very condescending look at one point. Grazed the stethoscope over my body, didn't seem like she even listened or looked at all; didn't tell me if my heart/lungs/eyes/ears were ok. Didn't seem to care, didn't get back to me on my test results. Do not recommend.
