Mohanad Joudeh

Some have complained about his wait times. I find his wait times to be typical of most (not all) doctors. Also, his wait times are worth it because he actually takes his time to thoroughly explain things to you in detail. He will even pull up information to support what he's conveying to you. He's very courteous and will apologize for keeping u waiting, but he won't make ur visit with him feel rushed as most doctors do. I highly recommend him if ur looking for a polite and thorough doctor.

Did not even turn his video on for the video visit. I was skeptical doing a new patient visit over video, and how unprofessional to not have his side of the video on. Something is off about this Dr; I do not recommend him and he should not be affiliated with the prestigious University of Chicago main campuses. His brother is great, Dr. Yazen Joudeh.

Spends time listening to patient. I now have my entire family seeing him -- my aging parents because he is so thorough and takes his time. As a healthcare provider myself i was very impressed with Dr. Joudah.

I did not appreciate this doctor at all. The test I had through him were completely inaccurate. He stated that I had serious heart issues, scaring me with false test results. I went to a cardiologist who confirmed that his test were indeed wrong and my heart was healthy. Not to mention, his wait times are ridiculous. You wait in the waiting room for a reasonable amount of time and then an hour in the actual room. I witnessed more than one patient unhappy while I was there. I visited this doctor twice, and I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Dr. Joudeh is an amazing doctor. He actually takes his time with you and truly cares. Yes, there can be wait times, but that's because he doesn't rush his patients. He sits with you, listens, and makes sure all of your concerns are addressed, which is rare these days. You never feel like just another number. When you have questions, he makes sure they're answered, and even when you call the office to ask something for him, the response is quick. That alone says a lot. It's hard to find doctors who genuinely care anymore, but Dr. Joudeh does. I'm very grateful to be his patient and highly recommend him.
