Please avoid this office. It takes weeks to get in, you then will not have results for a month after that, they will have the receptionist answer your medical questions when requesting the doctor or NP after being upset they took you off a very important medication, they do not communicate with you when tests have been done and are available, they canceled appointments and rescheduled it for a month after so I would not have a solution for 2 months after being in the ER 5 times for the same issue and the stress test showing abnormal. I am younger but have some heart issues on my fathers side and also have a chronic illness that can possibly cause some issues. They took me off my Rheumatoid Arthritis medication for weeks and when I asked about taking a new one they were telling me I still had to be off it. I was walking with a cane for weeks due to their rules on that. I reached out to my Rheumatologist, GP and new cardiologist, and they had never heard that and I needed to get started on my meds immediately due to the issues with my mobility and pain. I wound up going to my GP and she referred me to Northwestern and I got my angio done there in less than a week. They had held my other tests I had there and I finally got in to get them to take to my new cardiologist and he was amazing. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!!

Dr Nyugen is knowledgeable but his ego gets in the way and doesn't listen to his patients. My daughter was doing the best she could to follow his suggestions but he didn't seem to believe her. I tried to stick up for my daughter and he shut me down as if I don't know anything. Will not be retunring

Dr. Nguyen is extremely knowlegeable, professional and passionate about his work. He has a direct approach which I appreciate and explains everything in detail. He takes an interest and cares, which is important to me. His office staff is very pleasant and helpful.

I have received the best care here. When I was in the hospital for some heart troubles I had, Dr. Nguyen was on my side, and I felt better knowing that he was taking care of me. He knows what he is talking about and is passionate in his work. Also, my bills have always been extremely reasonable here. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a cardiologist.

Dr. Nguyen is an expert Cardiologist-Electrophysiologist, a caring physician to all his patients, and committed to his practice. He deals with life and death situations on a regular basis but despite his busy practice, he still takes time with his patients and ensures that they understand their health condition and plan of care. I am a patient of Dr. Nguyen and he continues to help me with my health and get proper treatment. His goal is to continue to impact the community through his medical practice and his non-for-profit foundation SCARF. Highly recommended!!!
