Midwest Institute for Non-surgical Therapy (MINT) offers comprehensive outpatient services for diseases of the veins and arteries and for health conditions that improve with vascular treatment. Board-certified Interventional Radiologist, Goke Akinwande, MD, and the team at MINT give each patient personalized care at their offices in St. Louis, Mo and Swansea, IL.
MINT offers compassionate care through three areas of specialization: the Vein Center, Vascular Center, and Fibroid Center.
At the vein center, patients can eliminate spider veins and varicose veins. The experts at MINT treat the underlying cause of unsightly veins, Venous Insufficiency, as well as deep vein problems such as Pelvic Congestion Syndrome.

This office is absolutely phenomenal. Dr. Akinwande and his team are not only knowledgeable and professional, but they are insightful and very much passionate about the service and level of care given to their clients. My mom is 84 years of age, and unfortunately not eligible for many procedures due to health related issues and complications since she suffers from PAD. But I've never felt more hopeful and confident when she is in the hands of this team. Not only are they patient with our senior population, but they are genuinely concerned and will go the extra mile to ensure procedures are understood in layman terms and not all of that over your head medical jargon my mom and I usually receive from other practitioners. The Mint institute is a Gem, and we are lucky to have found Dr. Akinwande and his team.

I can't do business with anyone that does this to their patiences. This makes me feel like all I am is marketing data. I'm done and moving on to a regular vascular surgeon.

Hope ! In my journey with recovery and healing I'm always looking for hope ! The whole team is amazing and welcoming,from the front office Maddie who was on point and very friendly my appointment was one of the fastest ever and the communication and detail was flawless!
