Stat Cardiologist

My parents have been patients at this clinic for a long time and they have been taken good care of. Dr Nasir is very knowledgeable and always willing to listen and help. Dr Wang is super patient with my parents, she takes time to truly listen to them and understand their concerns, she never rush through appointments. We are so happy to find this clinic!

Theresa at the front desk was courteous and helpful. The lady sitting beside her was rude and disrespectful. Without even greeting, she right away and rudely told me that there is a co- pay, without even checking, Theresa has to tell her that my visit was an Annual physical and no co-pay is needed. Dr. Nasir though was as usual very knowledgeable , understanding, & has good bedside manners towards his patients.

Had an appointment with Yuting Wang after my original doctor missed the appointment. I have gone to her a couple times since and every time she is courteous, professional, and provides updates quickly. I appreciate all her assistance and will continue to go to her from now on

Staff in the front desk are either doing tiktok live or being so rude. I hope they realize that people who go to their clinic does not feel so well, what will it cost them to be nice??? I will never come back to this place.

I had a very bad experience with the receptionist. I went to the clinic on either October 21st or 20th. the clinic was empty. As soon as I greeted the receptionist, she gestured for me to stop talking and then looked down at her phone. She waited until she finished her phone and then looked up at me, saying nothing. "Her attitude is so rude! As a receptionist, isn't it basic courtesy to greet visitors?" I explained my purpose, and she asked me to wait a moment, saying the doctor was on the phone. Okay, I went and sat down. After a few minutes, I wanted to ask the receptionist a question, so I went back to the window. Hilariously, when she saw me standing there, she turned her back to me? Excuse me?! ... Are you ignoring me? She finished talking to another woman before turning back. I've been to so many clinics, and I've never had a receptionist be so arrogant and rude. I don't give her a single star.
