If I could leave 0 stars I would. I scheduled an appt online and got a text with date, time, address, and link to upload insurance information. On our way to the appoint I called just to confirm, not only did they not have an appt for him, he is not in their system. Today I called to find out what happened, The receptionist told me that the online scheduling tool is useless, it almost never creates and appointment. She went on to say she has complained to Dr Zaveri several times that it does not work but they refuse to take it down. Because of it they get many "walk in" appointments when they are already double and triple booked. What a horrible position to put your front desk staff in. Shame on you
