After my first visit with Dr. Patel, he recommended Mounjaro and Lipo B12, that combo with exercise made me lose 92lbs so far. Im constantly checking in and he makes the recommended dose based off my results. He is very passionate and empathetic to my needs. He was the catalyst of my weight lost journey and thanks to him, I can do things with my kids that I was unable to do in the past.
