My actual visit with Dr. Khan went well. He was patient and thorough. The wait time, however, was extremely long and no updates were provided. I was at Dr. Khan's office for 2.5 hours before I actually got to see him. Upon me asking, I was told that he had to tend to an emergency earlier and was now catching up on patient visits. While this is understandable, the lack of communication was inconsiderate. I would suggest let patient's know when the wait times are this long and giving an option to reschedule.
