Dr Soto is an excellent cardiologist, he is thorough in examinations and explaining what he feels is best for you. The office has a problem in that they over scheduled I had a 3:15 appointment and did not get seen by Dr. until 5:00. They have a big turnover in staff at front desk and intake nurses. It is common that you must schedule 2 plus hours for an appointment. Also they are horrible in reporting test results. Took three weeks for them to call on CT scan result.

Dr. Soto is knowledgeable and is thorough in his exam. I never feel rushed once I get in to see him. I give Dr. Soto 4-5 stars. Downside is always the 90 -120 min wait to be seen. Every single visit is a min of a 90 min wait. The office staff overbooking people causing a 90 min delay...2 stars

Dr. Soto is and the staff are very nice but somehow they can't reduce the wait time. Most of the time you're admitted and left in a room for long time after your blood pressure is taken. If they fix this it will be a 5 star rating.
