Friendly staff is the only good thing. But they can't be trusted. Went in for a routine checkup and walked out with a $90 bill because they added an unnecessary charge. Did everything the same as last year. So I don't understand why they added the extra charge. Apparently you have to be careful about discussing your long time health or they'll bill you more. Even during an annual wellness check. They also never take appointments on time. Additionally, they referred me to a specialist doctor who was rude to the staff and clearly only in it for the money. Not to help his patients. REPLY: I did and they were no help. Especially the first lady I had talked to about the bill. Wish I had written down her name. I would ask a question and then there would be a long pause followed by a very slow "yes". Zero confidence.

I'm not sure why the bad reviews. I had an awesome experience. The website said they were immediate care so I door busted at 7am. The receptionist sounded like it wasn't a walk-in but was able to squeeze me in. I didn't wait long and had a great experience with Dr. Moran. I've been dealing with foot pain on and off for months. He introduced me to a potential new diagnosis. He seemed open minded, easy to work with, and met all of my requests. I'm a huge fan.

The staff is incompetent and it reflects poorly on Dr Hennegan. I have never experienced an office nurse who never returns calls when I am trying to help my 95 year old mother in law. This office does not even deserve one star. This office is consistently sub par!

Front Desk Staff are incompetent and very rude for no reason when they make mistakes. Don't go here!

I made an appointment with my doctor here 3 weeks ago for help being put on an SSRI. I used MyChart to even move up the date of the appointment because it was so far out. Today, less than an hour before my appointment, I was contacted by someone from reception saying they didn't take my insurance and I could not be seen. I have seen this doctor before under this insurance, I recently had testing done at this facility, and neither time did anyone say anything about my insurance not being accepted. Not when I made this appointment, or when it was bumped up, not until I was literally getting ready to leave did I hear about this, and it was put very callously as well. I'm really disappointed in this place for not having protocols in place to check insurance well ahead of time, as well as not offering to reschedule something or even offering an out-of-pocket cost visit. I was basically told "too bad you need help, but you can't come here". Completely unprofessional.
