The doctor was good but I really had very bad experience with the nurse who cleaned my ear wax. She was very very rough in handling my ear. She inserted the syringe into my ear very hard which hurted a lot .she did not handle gently.She wasn't polite at all. Very bad!! Those 3 stars are for doctor
Very Thorough. Took his time to listen to me and my cold and flu symptoms. And he was there on a Sunday which is very convenient. Beautiful OSF facility
