Had stress test and found I had a Cardiac ischemia (a blockage of the heart), and needed to seen by Dr. Malbranche but 1st available appointment wasn't until 30 days later. In the mean time, guess you just hope you don't die. He did this to my husband also, after it was found he had a heart attack. He scheduled him 2 weeks later for angiogram. While performing angiogram he had to be admitted for Open Heart (Quad). I realized then in those 2 weeks he could of had a massive Heart attack and died. I now believe he is so busy (don't understand why) and doesn't care for his patients that he would rather see his patients die before he has to do anything more with them. Will try one more cardiolgist with Carle heath if this turns out the same with switch altogether with OSF. He should not be a doctor. I clicked above 1 star and this really should be zero stars.

I had my first visit with Dr. L Malebranche today and I have nothing but great words to say about my experience! The receptionists, nurses & Dr. Malebranche were all incredible. Dr. Malebranche himself was compassionate, professional and committed to addressing my concerns. He was an attentive listener and did not rush our appointment. I'm very grateful that he is my cardiologist! I highly recommend him for any heart health needs!

I had the worst experience with this dr. As in another bad review he got, He kept suggesting open heart surgery to cover up mistakes made by unitypoint. He tried to take control of whom I got my 2nd opinion from. When it didnt work, he went in to my file and changed it right there in front of me, and my daughter and son. I have the entire thing recorded. It is highly illegal for him to change my medical file. They were denying that I was in Afib until then. now it is in my file. I have proof of every bit of it and the man along with a few of his fellow workers should be in jail
