Today I was dismissed from my 8:00 am appointment & was told I had to reschedule because I showed up at 8:01 am. It took the receptionist almost 10 minutes to get a hold of my dr. I have been waiting for this appointment for almost a month. I have been suffering from migraines for the past 2 months... if my dr really cared she would have taken me 1 minute late. I don't think any Dr really cares for their patients if they won't accept a patient 1 minute late. That is unheard of & not fair. So now I have to wait more than a month to see if my migraines are actually something serious. Not happy at all with my experience today.

I really love the people at Presence Health Park Ridge. From the front desk to the nurses, to the doctors, it's friendly professionalism all the way! MY terrific doctor, Voula Asimacopoulos, is tops...even with her busy day, she makes me feel like I'm the only person in the world that she needs to talk to! I would recommend Presence Health Park Ridge to anyone who needs a new doctor.

She has been the Best Dr. For me. She listens ! She understands my problems and worked with me for the best results!

The most kindest, caring and compassionate Doctor I have ever encountered. She takes the time to know you and LISTENS instead of being glued to the computer.
