This message is directly for Dr. Nasir Assistant. I was treated with complete disrespect by the assistant. He was rude, dismissive, and acted as if I wasn't even human. Instead of listening to my concerns, he rushed me through like I was just wasting his time. When you're going to a heart doctor, you expect compassion, patience, and professionalism--none of which I received during my visit.
Dr Patel is excellent. He took great care of my dad. He was very thorough in explaining everything about what was happening and what he was planning to do. Best doctor I have met. I will recommend him to others for sure.
