I was truly shocked and deeply disappointed to be turned away from appointment for being only six minutes late. I had my one-month-old baby with me, and instead of being given some understanding, I was asked to reschedule. This experience felt extremely unfair and inconsiderate, especially given the circumstances.

Everyone was pleasant and accommodating, even though I was very early for my appointment. The front desk staff was cheerful and efficient. The medical technicians were positive. Dr. Koo is great at listening and providing reasonable care solutions. The whole visit was a pleasure.

I go to the location at 10 N. Cumberland in Park Ridge. From the front desk check-in to seeing the doctors, everything runs very smoothly and everyone is pleasant and professional. I've seen Dr. Roman and Dr. Olorvida. Though appointments are not long, I felt that my concerns were addressed by them. When making your appointment, you should be very explicit when describing your reason for the visit so that enough time is allotted.
