This facility and staff are nothing short of perfection. The front desk staff are always kind and warming when you walk in. The nurses are knowledgeable, detailed and listen to your concerns. Lastly but not least, Dr Stella is the absolute best. He is intelligent, precise and truly cares about his clients outcomes. He gets to the point and doesn't waste your time. He has a great personality and qualities that doctors should strive to have. 10/10

The care I received was down right lazy! 3 minutes in a office visit and pushed meds and be on your way.... I am fairly new to this cardiac care as I had a stent installed in November 2023. Just recently, I called the office and informed I was concerned as I was feeling chest pains and shortness of breath while walking or doing simple tasks such as cutting the grass. They recommended going to the ER. After being admitted for overnight care and visited by one of the Stella's, I was released from the hospital and sent on my way. Nothing was found and "further testing"was talked about. I immediately sought the advice from a different cardiologist. After meeting with new cardiologist, we came up with a systematic plan together to figure out what may be wrong (instead of throwing more medications at a situation that wasn't helping). This is where it gets even more expensive and should not have resulted in a second trip to the hospital in as many weeks. As my symptoms never subsided when doing tasks such as long walks or cutting the grass a plan was set in place to perform an angiogram. Can you imagine the relief, disappointment and disbelief- that I learned my stent was closed 98/99%. I'm not blaming any doctor that my stent closed. I'm blaming a doctor group that neglected the proper care of a patient to find out what was causing my chest pain and shortness of breath. So glad I left your meat market of a practice. All patients are not the same and should not be treated as such. I feel bad for the elderly patients at this practice. As for me? I moved on from this practice at the right time and very grateful I'm still here today. Patients deserve better and remember, you work for them, not the other way around.

I wouldn't recommend getting care here. If I didn't follow up several times regarding my husband's test results or appointments, nothing got done. More often than not, I would not get the follow-up call I was promised. I had to have my husband go to the office in person to get the answers we needed because the receptionist was so rude over the phone. No one wanted to take initiative to help us. I ended up cancelling a test because the cardiologist never called us back, as promised by the nurse, regarding insurance authorization and to share if his colleagues felt it was necessary. Terrible communication and total lack of care. As a healthcare worker, I'm pretty disgusted. We're getting a second opinion at UCMC.

Dr. Joseph Stella is phenomenal and his bedside manner was second to none. I'd have given five 5 stars had it not been for the way Tammy (who was scheduling people for their follow up appointments) treated the gal who was doing our follow up appointment. Tammy was so unprofessional and unkind in how she acted towards her colleague (who was newer and had some questions) that it made the people in the area all very uncomfortable. A little kindness goes a long way.

Nursing and ancillary staff was good and efficient. It can be a one stop shop for most tests that may be needed. Office staff needs work regarding helpfulness and friendliness. Patients do not have easy access to their own medical records and those policies need to be evaluated.
