I checked in on April 20 high hopes to complete my 6 month check up for the kidney donation surgery. It was such a quick and fast process. She was very gentle I was able to give my blood no problem. I didn't realize I had to take a urine test until I got there however she kindly offered me a fresh cold water bottle to help me with the testing process. Thank goodness. Luckily I was able to use the washroom once again no problem. Overall the experience was fast and painless. Once again the staff here were all super friendly, kind, and care about their patients needs. I can't thank them enough for their passion in what they do and appreciate their efforts in helping people get well .

Dr. Maassen is the worst doctor I've dealt with. I am injured, and I'm told that my MRI results are normal, which still doesn't explain why I'm in pain. I move boxes around for 10 hours a day. This is a work injury. I needed restrictions so I can perform a lighter load, but he flat out refused to give me restrictions. I've been injured for 5 months now, and I've done everything I could to heal, but I'm not healed. Now I'm forced to work overtime with this injury. I promise when my injury gets worse, I'm going after your facility for refusing to give me the care I needed.

I love this location and the staff is great, however, I was visiting this morning (9-17-2025) for infusion services and asked the young lady at the front desk (African American, blonde braids) what floor was infusion on. I even said good morning before asking. She was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional towards me and rolled her eyes. All because I asked a question. This behavior is unacceptable and nasty! Do better.

(I'm using my husband's account to write this). Overall, the place is very good and I'd give it 5 stars except for one thing. They don't have a lift team. They have no way of getting a larger patient with mobility issues onto the CT table or x-ray beds. when I've asked about this, I was told that it was a 'woman run' facility. So they don't hire men? This really affects patient care. I have to bring my husband with me to transfer our daughter. I'm sure my daughter isn't the only one who needs help transferring. Even in Chicago, their lift team is lacking. My daughter was there for a procedure. The nurse refused to let my husband and I transfer her. She called a 'lift team'. One person showed up who screamed, "You want me to LIFT her?" Yes, dear. You are the 'lift team'. Then she repeatedly asked my daughter how much she weighs. Finally, they sent another person up. She degraded my daughter and made her feel more stressful than she was already feeling. You all can do better.

HORRIBLE communication skills from/by the support staff. My primary Doctor has amazing talent, he referred me to Orthopedics. The medical assistant was SO CONFRONTATIONAL I nearly walked out. Do not subject yourself to this abuse. The greeting staff in the Lobby is also caustic! I've never ever been mistreated like this from ANY other health provider.
