Dr. Quinn was an absolute gem--extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Despite his busy schedule, he took the time to genuinely listen to our concerns while making sure to order all the necessary tests/labs. It's rare to find a doctor who balances expertise with such a caring and patient-centered approach. The nurse/tech, Irma, was very kind and dedicated. She was pleasant to be around. Veronda, the receptionist, was also wonderful. She was not only kind and welcoming but also highly professional when it came to patient privacy. She was very conscious of HIPAA regulations and made sure to handle personal information discreetly so that other patients wouldn't overhear.
