This used to be an amazing practice, then the best doctor left, it changed to Duly and it is now ABSOLUTE garbage. The hours and schedule aren't right online, no pediatric receptionist anymore, the good nurses are fine, and they can not get their finances right. When you call billing they say they'll fix it , but don't and you get sent to collections. Absolute horrible place and would not recommend to anyone.
I've been going and have taken my kids to Orland Primary Care since 2000. My kids are seen by a fun loving doctor Dr Kevin Germino. My kids really enjoyed seeing him and now my kids have all grown and I believe they miss him. I have always been seen by Dr Scott Schieber. He has always attended to my needs as I was diagnosed with Thyroid issues. He was catering to my needs to choose a more natural medicine to help w my thyroid issues and for that I'm grateful. The nurse stag has always been accommodating but the front desk woman are not the friendliest. Try not to let that deter you. I definitely highly recommend the nurses and doctors.
Harassing. That's the simplest I can explain them. I called to see if I could get my son in, they said they didn't have any appointments for the day unless I wanted to come in after 7:30. I explained I lived over an hour away so that wouldn't work. She called me back and acted like we had gotten disconnected before I had given her my answer even though I heard her speak after I said "no" to the 7:30 appointment. After I hung up with her the second time, another nurse called and asked me if I intended to keep my 5:30 appointment.
I have been a patient at this facility for many years and have been nothing but pleased with the experience. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I am always able to get in to see someone if needed. I started out with Dr. Killion who was wonderful. I currently see Dr. Ramirez who I am very happy with. I recommend this practice to everyone.
Had blood drawn at the lab, with a stat order from my urologist. The lab never sent out the blood, tried to tell urologist office I never came. The next day they are calling me looking for blood while I'm being prepped for surgery. Believe the lab technicians name was Nina. Epitome of unprofessional. If zero stars was an option, you already know.
