Had an appointment set for about a year. Husband in wheelchair with MS, scheduled for an echo. When we got up 3 hours early to get ready and make appointment on time at the Harvey location as scheduled..we were told it had been moved to Orland Location. We were not informed of this. Once home tried to call Harvey office with no answer...tried a number off internet for Orland office and is a fax. Not impressed and greatly inconvenienced.

A year later and everyone's reviews here on their experiences with this office staff still rings true - communications with the office staff is terrible. Having them call in a script to a pharmacy is like pulling teeth and when they do get around to it, the wrong tooth gets pulled.

After talking to Dr. Chelich I have changed my rating. He is excellent Doctor. I am not happy with his office help. Secretaries may need training or just more help.
