Mary the receptionist for Dr. Dia has no empathy. I understand I was trying to get an appointment right away but no reason for her to be rude. She does not seem to be a happy person at her job! She also hung up on me because I told her she could be nicer. Disappointing.
Dr. Dia is an excellent Dr. who's never in too much of a hurry to answer any and all questions you might have. He explains everything in a simple way to make you understand. He makes you feel like your his priority and is not in a hurry to get to his next patient. I am very pleased with this dr.
