I have had quite a bit of time at Carl Broman and ready to head home today. I was in ER. I was in a regular room then I went to the rehab and PT area so this review is gonna focus on the positive part of it. I found the ER to be very efficient and not much in terms of delays when I went to the room I was glad to see that the other bed was empty however, it didn't stay that way I highly recommend a private room. The food is absolutely fabulous!! There were many many choices And had three meals a day. It was very, very tasty. The nurses were terrific and what I'll say, and based on the experience, I don't care what anybody else says nursing is a profession!! When I got to the Rehab PT and OT, oh my gosh. They attend to everythingI Sant were checking my vitals and give me plenty opportunity to rest. There was three hours a day of therapy when I get ready to leave there was a ringing of the bill so to speak to say I had graduated from this experience and I will be heading home shortly. I am so blessed that while I was gone I had a wonderful care, my friends and neighbors. I don't know what I would've done without them.

Wound care center. Final visit. Dr's appointments are never something that you look forward to but.......The staff at the Wound Care Center make it much less stressful and much MORE ENJOYABLE!!!! Starting with Heather the receptionist to each and every nurse and the Dr. in charge it was a pleasure for each and every visit. This was my final visit I got to ring the bell of success or completion. That alone made that visit superb. It felt as if I was a partner with them which I believe makes the visits actually something to look forward to. Maybe when you feel like they have your best interest at heart it helps you get better faster with the helpful and positive attitude that the staff has. I cant say enough positive things. Last but not least.....THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART..........

Overall a good experience at Carle BroMenn ER. The wait time was definitely on the longer side, but the staff was friendly, attentive, and did their best to help given the circumstances. You could tell they were doing everything they could to take care of everyone. Appreciate their hard work and patience during a busy time!

Had to go to the ER and they were so wonderful! They went the extra mile to ensure that I was taken care of. The nurse's staff were absolutely, amazing and they were so dedicated to their profession in healthcare! They are some of the most kind hearted, caring and wonderful people on Earth!
