I did not choose Duly Health and Care, nor would I if I had a choice. I chose my Dr.! Group Health Care of any name has brought the quality of care down. Duly's recorded messages, the only way to reach a Dr., are horrible and very time consuming. It was much better years ago when you could just call your Dr.'s office directly.
