Nice hospital but disappointed with some of the service. Nurse did not take all of the info. for my husband regarding his meds. He was questioned by the lead dr. Nurse shrugged his shoulders like he didn't know why the information was not in my husbands chart. The doctor was really nice he said, it was important he new my husbands information incase something happened to him. I was really upset my husband has a heart condition and other health issues. Nurse also continued to tell me how I was supposed to be there at a certain time and how someone called and left a voicemail. Never rec'd a voicemail. I had to show one of the nurses in charge my phone to prove I did not get call the previous day. They had non of his registration information that was entered the night before. It was not happy. Doctors were really great but felt like some of the people there had no clue.

I had an EMG study done. The provider was very unprofessional. He stated at least 5 times that there was nothing wrong with me. I wasn't there to be treated by him I was there to have the study. I was 5 minutes late cause they never gave me the address or office number. The Dr bruised me badly. I just overall was unhappy and felt defeated when I left.

This is the worst hospital system I've ever dealt with. I have called numerous times and no one will help me. I've talked to literally every dept they have, on the phone, email, and in person. Even their own staff members can't believe my story of what I've had to deal with, with these people. My next step is to hire a lawyer.

Did "E" check in prior to my appointment so when we arrived actual check in took less than a couple minutes. Very short wait time for my test. Doctor & nurses were informative, courteous, & very professional. Everyone made a stressful situation for me a seamless & comfortable experience. 5 stars all around!

My visit to my doctor at Edwards Hospital went very well. I felt comfortable in the facility due to the precautions taken by the hospital and appreciated the sanitation stations available. I was seen by my doctor on time. As always, my doctor and staff were very professional and knowledgeable and all my questions were answered.
