Absolutely amazing experience! I'd give infinite stars if I could. The receptionist, MA, NP and Dr G were just phenomenal. Dr G even did my daughter's echo, explained everything and made her feel comfortable knowing she'd have to have surgery. He called the next day to follow up and referred us to a specialist without delay. I am so appreciative and grateful for Dr G and his entire staff

Dr G has literally saved my child's life. He explains everything in such detail when it comes to the heart to make sure you understand it. He also was able to get my son scheduled for surgery within a couple of days when he realized the issue with my son's heart when the other offices missed it. The US tech of my OB office originally reached out to him because of my sons concerning ultrasound when I was pregnant, and by the time I had him Dr G knew everything about his case and has been an amazing Dr. I am so happy with my care with him so far.

One of the best doctors I've met, with one of the worst billing offices I've ever encountered. I posted a picture of a bill. This is the first bill I've received from them, see the picture for why that looks a little strange. When I spoke to the billing office, The first communication they gave me the wrong amount due, which raised red flags when taken with their letter. I called back later to confirm that they are actually affiliated with this office. The conversation went exactly like this: Me: "Hi I am calling back because I am seeing a few red flags, can you verify that you are affiliated with this office?" Billing: "No." Me: "How am I supposed to pay this if you can't even verify you represent this office? Billing: "I can't verify it. It's $22, if you don't want to pay it, discard it" and then they hung up. They say it's a recorded line. I really hope it is. To this practice, if this is actually your billing group you may want to review that. I called 4/19 10:12 AM CST. I strongly encourage you to listen to that recording if it is available.

Brought my son in and the amount of time the doctor spent explaining the issues and our concerns was exceptional. This is not a typical 15 minute visit with the Dr. after reading a chart and tests. Dr. Gulecyuz will actually take the time to make sure you are informed of your child's medical situation unlike every other Dr. we have seen. He even explained the science behind what the test results showed. Yes, it takes a little longer and you may have to wait longer, but the attention to detail for every patient is what medicine should be. Worth the wait. Worth the price in gold. If only every practice was as transparent and forthcoming as IIPC, parents would be well informed of their children's medical issues.

I brought my son here recently. The staff is so knowledgeable and professional from the MA to the nurse practitioner to the doctor. They were kind and helpful throughout the entire appointment. I felt things were thoroughly explained and I received a follow-up call to my questions immediately. Grateful for this practice!
