I came to doctor Antony Francis for the first time ,
I left his office feeling like my whole life had changed -- truly a 360deg transformation -- strong, motivated, and full of good vibes. He is a doctor from God, someone who genuinely cares about his patients and wants to help them heal, not just physically but emotionally too.
It's been a long time since I've spoken so openly and sincerely with anyone. From my personal experience, I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor who truly listens, cares, and supports you from the heart.

I visited Dr. Antony for my annual physical and requested 2 additional lab tests besides the standard - I explained the reason why I needed them (due to past lower result). I later received a bill for $371 which I didn't expect. I called the office and had an extremely unpleasant conversation with Nicole in the billing department who was not only rude but also asked me to do the job which is usually done by the provider's office - call the insurance company and figure out which medical code they should have submitted the claim with and then they would correct it. She communicated that the practice never calls the insurance company.
I've recently moved from Chicago and have been to a few providers there over a decade and each of them let me know in advance if a test may not be covered and that they'd still call the insurance company and figure out the code they should be putting in. I never received a bill of more than ~$50 even when I did similar tests and many more additional ones. I've had the same insurance for 5 years.
What makes it worse is that these two tests costs $100 without insurance if I directly go to quest diagnostics labs. I understand the practice doesn't control the cost but I would recommend asking questions and understanding your options before requesting anything additional.

My visits to Dr. Antony have been wonderful.
He's a very smart man, listens attentively, patient and kind. Made me very comfortable and didn't rush our visit. He Gave me the referrals I needed as I addressed my needs. I would definitely refer him to family and friends.

I have been seeing Dr. Antony for a little over a year now. He is awesome! Dr. Antony responds to messages quickly and is thoughtful and detailed in his responses. The office is friendly and respectful. They even do some labs in office, which is super convenient. I am always impressed with the care and turn around time for test results. Thank you Dr. Antony!
